Definition of Uneasytarian :.

(ŭn-ē'zē-tār'ē-ən)

  1. 1. (n.) Usually middle-class suburban parents who come from different religious backgrounds, Uneasytarians participate in no specific religion but have a fuzzy belief in God. Uneasytarians are distinguished by their constant guilt and waffling over whether or not to send their children to church or provide them with some sort of spiritual background.

Example: I was raised by a pair of Uneasytarians (a lapsed Catholic and a Methodist with little conviction) and they expressed constant regret that their daughter had grown up to be an atheist. "We could have taken you to church if you'd only asked!" they cried, wringing their hands.
