1. (n.) [Bureauacnophobia] is, as the name suggests, a phobia. One is not born with this phobia. Rather it is caused by one or more bad experiences with a bureaucrat or several bureaucrats, which make one frightened of them. A cure for this is not know at this time because it is difficult to work will any bureaucrats as they feel threatened by someone with this kind of phobia.
