Definition of chiny :.

(chī-nē, chĭ'nē)

  1. 1. (adj.) Describing something that is not so big at all.

Origins: From tiny and a possible derogatory reference to Chinese people. May ultimately be derived from the ancient practice of Chinese foot-binding. Also related to the famous "chiny chin chin" line from The Three Little Pigs, which suggests a sense of smallness.

Example: Those shoes are so chiny that no one could fit in them.
