Definition of epifane :.
(ěp'ĭ-fān')
1. (adj.) Marked by extreme profanity; grossly irreverent.
Origins: From reading about the history of Hanukkah, and mis-pronouncing the last name of the oppressive Greek ruler, Antiochus IV Epiphanes "the Illustrious", especially after considering his assumed divine epithets such as Theos Epiphanes ("God Manifest") seemed to be extremely profane.
Example: That movie had so many swear words it was epifane.
