1. (n.) Someone who is a beginner to a particular activity; most commonly used for people new to online games and unaware of gamers' nettiquette.
Origins: A more leet form of newbie, or someone who is new.
Example: Ninja: "Someone's begging for a free weapon." Wizard: "Don't mind him, he's just a noob and doesn't know better yet."
